Even today, the villages and towns of Dalmatia have their own, different ways of preparation of special meals. Above all, the cuisine of the islands is a small world itself, and only recently the local differences were discovered.

Typical Dalmatian desserts win with their simplicity. The most usual ingredients include Mediterranean fruits, dried figs, almonds, honey, eggs (gingerbread biscuits from the island of Hvar, rozata).
|
Whatever you choose, you will find a variety of cozy little but also very elegant restaurants in the old centre of Hvar, hiding in alleys or right on the waterfront overlooking the sea.

An alternative is of course also Klaudia's kitchen, if you prefer quiet times at night at the terrace at home, perhaps with new or old holiday friends.
| Our "home cooking" leaves nothing to be desired, especially as we are supplied freshest by our Croatian friends! And a good glass of wine from local grapes is of course with us. |
